Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
The Wealthy Practitioner is hiring a Sales Manager to build a dedicated sales function. You’ll own the health and performance of the Sales pipeline, personally manage opportunities, reactivate leads, and implement GoHighLevel-driven processes with clear stages and follow-ups.
You’ll create scripts, SOPs, and nurture strategies, track metrics, and collaborate with Marketing and leadership. This is a builder role with room to grow into leadership.
We have 10,000+ leads. Proven offers. An audience that buys. And no dedicated Sales function.
That’s the opportunity.
The Wealthy Practitioner has built significant demand without a traditional sales organization.
We have a database of 10,000+ leads, a strong organic brand, active marketing campaigns, proven high-ticket offers, and a community of practitioners who already know and trust us.
What we don't have is someone waking up every morning focused on turning that opportunity into revenue.
We're hiring a Sales Manager to build that function.
This is not an empty pipeline. There are existing leads who need follow-up, past opportunities ready for reactivation, new leads entering through campaigns, and significant sales infrastructure still to build.
If you immediately start thinking about pipeline stages, reactivation, follow-up cadence, close rates, and how much revenue may be sitting untouched in that database — keep reading.
Historically, Sales at TWP has been driven by our coaches, leadership team, launches, events, and the strength of our brand.
It worked.
But we've grown to the point where Sales needs to become its own function.
Initially, you'll be a builder + producer.
You’ll personally work qualified opportunities, have sales conversations, follow up, reactivate existing leads, and close business.
At the same time, you'll build the infrastructure behind you:
GoHighLevel. Pipeline management. Follow-up systems. Sales processes. Scripts. Reporting. Accountability.
As the function grows, you'll help build and lead the team around it.
You’ll own the health and performance of the Sales function — not just the calls on your calendar.
You’ll:
We want Sales to become both a revenue engine and an intelligence source for the rest of the company.
You're a salesperson first.
You know how to build rapport, ask great questions, uncover what's actually preventing someone from making a decision, navigate objections without becoming pushy, and confidently ask for the sale.
But you're also a builder.
A messy pipeline bothers you.
A lead without a next action bothers you.
“We should probably follow up with those people” really bothers you.
You don't need someone to hand you a perfect sales playbook because you've helped create one before.
You're comfortable selling, figuring out what works, documenting it, improving it, and eventually teaching other people how to do it.
And you care about the numbers.
You want to know your close rate. Where deals are dying. Which lead sources convert. What the pipeline is worth. What revenue is likely to close.
Because great sales organizations aren't built on vibes.
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is strongly preferred. If you haven't used GHL specifically, you should be highly proficient in another sales CRM and capable of becoming productive in GHL quickly.
Qualified leads don't sit untouched.
Our existing database is systematically worked and reactivated.
GoHighLevel reflects what's actually happening in the pipeline.
Leadership can see where revenue is coming from, what's likely to close, where opportunities are getting stuck, and why we're winning or losing.
Sales processes are documented and repeatable.
Revenue grows.
And eventually, the coaches who helped build this company no longer need to carry Sales as a permanent part of their role.
We're not hiring someone to maintain a sales machine someone else built.
We're hiring the person who gets to build the machine.
You'll have an established audience, thousands of existing leads, proven high-ticket offers, active marketing, and leadership ready to build a serious Sales function around the opportunity already in front of us.
There is a lot to build.
There is also a lot to sell.
If you're looking at 10,000+ existing leads and thinking:
“Give me the CRM.”
