Job summary

ATS Corporation seeks a senior sales professional to expand its Therapeutic Radiopharma business across North America. You will lead new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive turnkey CAPEX solutions from concept to completion, collaborating with engineers and product managers.

You will engage pharmaceutical and radiopharma customers, coordinate market launches, and ensure successful project execution while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5 years minimum of sales experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience selling CAPEX equipment or complex technical solutions.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Ability to discuss technical solutions with engineers, scientists, and production managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the industry.
  • Willingness to travel domestically & internationally within 30 days from hire date.

The role:

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of the company's Therapeutic Radiopharma business across North America. You will partner with leading pharmaceutical, radiopharma, and healthcare organizations, helping them implement innovative turnkey solutions that support the safe production and handling of life‑saving therapies. Working at the intersection of advanced technology and healthcare, you will drive new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and guide complex projects from concept to completion while representing one of the industry's most respected providers of radiopharma solutions.

The objectives:

This role is focused on CAPEX sales for the company's Therapeutics projects in North America.

The scope includes the transition from standard catalogue products to fully integrated, automated process lines for the dispensing and handling of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. The offering is not limited to hot cells alone, but extends to complementary and supporting systems such as:

  • Speedy glove testers
  • Shielded hoods
  • Dose calibrator
  • Modules

The objective is to provide customers with a complete turnkey solution, covering the entire workflow from production to safe handling and quality control of radiopharmaceutical therapeutics.

The candidate:

In this role, you will manage key accounts but mostly drive new business opportunities throughout North America, serving as the primary point of contact before, during, and after project execution, while building long‑term relationships with end users and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Develop new business opportunities within North America.

Collaborate with the director in defining budget forecasts for the assigned territory

Organize activities for customer scouting and recruiting, either through public marketing activities (conferences, meetings, publications, social posts), as well as direct customer contacts, dedicated presentations (direct or via WEB), networking activities, and other initiatives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute the market launch of new Radiopharma solutions in collaboration with the Sales Director, VP of Sales & Marketing, and Product Manager, while identifying opportunities for product improvements based on market feedback.

Prepare RadioPharma quotations with the client's systems (e.g., Sales Force, Fusion).

Skills required:

Commercial & Business Development Skills

  • 5 years minimum of sales experience in the industry a must
  • Proven experience selling CAPEX equipment or complex technical solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, but a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-million-dollar projects
  • Strategic account management skills
  • Negotiation and contract management experience
  • Ability to discuss technical solutions with engineers, scientists, and production managers
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions
  • Strong needs analysis and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Experience coordinating internal technical, engineering, and project teams
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or post‑secondary education in engineering, microbiology, or business
  • Adaptable to different situations, with proven experience in the field of commercialization of Laboratory Equipment, with particular reference to aseptic RadioPharma applications, who can take care of proposing the company's solutions to North American customers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and financial principles
  • Demonstrated effective negotiation skills, representing the company's long‑term business requirements on multi‑year contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate strategically to develop account strategies and project‑specific win strategies
  • Fluent in English, written and oral; fluent in Italian and French (for Quebec zone) is an asset
  • Technical proficiency/capability for using Salesforce Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be eligible and able to travel domestically & internationally within 30 days from hire date and legally eligible to operate a vehicle, as this is an essential job function.
