Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the greater New Jersey area. You will manage a network of dealers and promote Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas, while identifying new market opportunities and achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

The role is field-based with 50–60% travel by car. You are a results-driven sales professional who builds lasting dealer relationships, mentors teams, and thrives on hitting targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regional sales experience (field/outside sales).
• Ability to travel 50–60% by car, including overnights as required by regional geography.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience selling to a dealer or channel network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Account Management: generate regional sales by managing the current dealer base in the New Jersey region; spend ~60% of time growing existing accounts; adhere to territorial budgets.
• New Business Development: prospect open territory, qualify companies, and bring on new dealers; ~40% of time on acquiring net new business.
• Dealer Training & Support: conduct dealer visits and train dealers in sales, service, operations, and marketing; liaise between dealers and Jacuzzi to resolve issues and maintain relationships.

Position Overview

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth within an assigned territory. This role manages a network of dealers while identifying and developing new market opportunities for Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas, promoting and selling spas, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge tubs. The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving both monthly and annual sales goals.

This is a field-based role covering the greater New Jersey area, with 50–60% travel by car.

You are a results-driven field sales professional with a track record of consistently meeting your goals. You build strong, lasting relationships with dealers, enjoy teaching others how to sell and succeed, and are just as comfortable growing existing accounts as you are prospecting for new ones. You are self-motivated, organized, and at home on the road.

What You'll Do

Dealer Account Management

• Generate regional sales by managing the current dealer base within the region (New Jersey area)
• Spend approximately 60% of time growing the existing account base
• Adhere to territorial spending goals and budgets

New Business Development

• Prospect open territory, qualify companies, and bring on new dealers
• Spend approximately 40% of time focused on acquiring net new business

Dealer Training & Support

• Conduct dealer site visits and train dealers in sales, service, operations, and marketing functions
• Serve as the liaison between dealers and Jacuzzi to solve problems, clarify policies and procedures, and maintain strong working relationships

What You Bring

Required

• 3+ years of regional sales experience (field/outside sales)
• Proven success consistently meeting sales goals
• Ability to travel 50–60% by car, including some overnights as required by regional geography
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience selling to a dealer or channel network
• Physical products sales experience; high-ticket sales experience
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company

This position includes a base salary of $100,000+ annually (depending on experience), as well as eligibility for an annual incentive compensation program, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation tied to individual and company results.
