Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is seeking a Sales Manager to own the DRB membership system, drive sales performance, and lead a team on every shift. You will coach staff to hit membership targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Open and close the site, manage cash with accountability, and maintain daily site standards. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-growing company that values leadership and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or supervising others.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfort with learning and owning a POS/membership system (DRB).
• Reliable with cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends.

We're on the hunt for a Sales Manager to own our DRB membership system, drive sales performance, and lead a team on the ground every shift. If you're a natural leader who loves coaching a team and closing sales, this is your seat.

What You'll Do (and LOVE Doing)

• Own DRB: Master our membership and POS system, manage accounts, and keep our sales reporting sharp and accurate.
• Drive Sales: Set the pace on membership sales — coach the team, hit goals, and lead by example with customers.
• Run the Shift: Open and close the site, handle cash with accountability, and keep the team on track.
• Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and support your sales and wash techs so everyone brings their best.
• Set the Standard: Keep customer service, cleanliness, and site quality at the Cheetah Clean bar.

Requirements

• Leader: You've managed or supervised a team before and know how to hold people accountable.
