Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is seeking a Sales Manager to own our DRB membership system, drive sales performance, and lead a front-line team on the shop floor. If you excel at coaching, closing deals, and maintaining a high-energy environment, this role is for you.

You will supervise a team across shifts, open and close the site, manage cash with ownership, and ensure exceptional customer service and cleanliness. This is a fast-growing company with real leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Led or supervised a team and held members accountable.
• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Tech-savvy with experience using DRB or similar POS/membership systems.
• Able to open/close and manage cash with ownership.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.

We're on the hunt for a Sales Manager to own our DRB membership system, drive sales performance, and lead a team on the ground every shift. If you're a natural leader who loves coaching a team and closing sales, this is your seat.

What You'll Do (and LOVE Doing)

• Own DRB: Master our membership and POS system, manage accounts, and keep our sales reporting sharp and accurate.
• Drive Sales: Set the pace on membership sales — coach the team, hit goals, and lead by example with customers.
• Run the Shift: Open and close the site, handle cash with accountability, and keep the team on track.
• Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and support your sales and wash techs so everyone brings their best.
• Set the Standard: Keep customer service, cleanliness, and site quality at the Cheetah Clean bar.

Requirements

• Leader: You've managed or supervised a team before and know how to hold people accountable.
• Sales-Driven: You thrive on hitting numbers and coaching others to hit theirs too.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and owning a POS/membership system like DRB — prior experience a plus.
