Job summary

Dimension Master in San Diego is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to generate revenue by cultivating relationships with clients, booking group business, and supporting hotel sales strategies. You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach to help the hotel meet revenue goals.

You will prospect, manage accounts, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach.
• Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings.
• Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution.
