Refloor is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a team of Flooring Specialists in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales goals in Orlando, FL. You will coach in real time, lead by example, and ensure every customer interaction reinforces our high standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, structured onboarding, and ongoing development to drive growth for both the team and company. Competitive compensation with incentives is offered.
