Job summary

Refloor in Tampa, FL is hiring an energetic in-home sales professional. You will guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions, deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish, and close sales using warm company-provided leads with no cold calls.

No flooring experience is required; our hands-on training and ongoing coaching help you grow, with commissions, bonuses, and rewards that recognize your performance. Saturdays and weekday evenings available.
