ROSEN EU is seeking a motivated and results‑oriented International Sales Manager, locally based in Bergen, Norway, to focus on expanding the Norwegian and broader Scandinavian markets. This role is integral to driving revenue growth and ensuring the integrity and safety of assets in a fast‑evolving and diverse region.
Mission
To grow ROSEN’s revenue across the pipeline services portfolio by:
- Outside Sales: Attracting and acquiring new customers.
- Account Management: Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales plans for assigned accounts and provide regular progress updates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and keep forecasts updated in the company’s CRM system.
- Act as the first line of support for sales team members to resolve customer service issues.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements, as well as internal developments in ROSEN’s products and services.
- Represent ROSEN with professionalism in all interactions, whether verbal, written, or in person.
- Demonstrate leadership by participating in internal initiatives such as HS&E, Social Responsibility, or Event Planning Committees.

- 4 - 6 years of related & relevant sales experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience.

- Deep knowledge of customer businesses and ability to formulate value‑driven negotiation strategies.
- Proven ability to enhance sales processes and adapt to changing customer behaviors.
- Experience in developing and delivering Customer Value Propositions.
