Empire Portfolio Group in Montvale, NJ is seeking a high‑energy Sales Manager for Orangetheory Fitness studios to attract new members, discuss goals, and drive enrollment with confidence and persistence.

Greet visitors, give studio tours, sell memberships to meet monthly targets, and follow up with prospects. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to hit KPIs and support marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to establish effective working relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Multi-tasker with minimal supervision.
• Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Passion for sales and fitness.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• High focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Give studio tours.

• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively with a goal of resolution.
