Job summary

Furniture Mart USA is seeking a selling-manager to lead its showroom team and drive outstanding retail results. You will model high performance, coach staff, and ensure targets are met while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll manage scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, implement sales processes, and mentor others to grow within a trusted, fast-paced environment. Join a company that values people and growth.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 annually (Base pay + Commissions)

Requirements and Qualifications

• This is a selling-manager position where you will be out on the showroom floor with your team, leading by example
• Proven track record in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility and experience building high performance teams that consistently exceed targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/direct, coach and train others, and the ability to relate well using communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Computer proficiency including MS Office products
• Implement effective sales processes and accountability using strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferences

• Supervisory/management experience in a retail sales environment or similar fast paced, customer service environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
