The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of loan officers to achieve production goals and growth through strategic initiatives, coaching, mentoring and problem solving. As a Branch Manager, you will be proactive in retaining current employees and driving sales performance. You will lead by example through encouraging open communication, and trust between sales and operational departments. You will also strive to engage team members in healthy competition!
The estimated minimum salary for this role is $43,888.00 along with eligibility to earn monthly commissions, and overrides on team production. Eligible for Branch Manager quarterly bonus.
