$200,000–$300,000+ On-Target Earnings

About The Role

We are seeking a driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team while actively closing deals in the field.

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will sell alongside your team, coach in real time, and help drive daily performance. All appointments are pre‑set and pre‑qualified, allowing you to focus on selling and leadership—not prospecting.
