Overview
CycleBar is seeking a Sales Manager for our state-of-the-art location in Kildeer. Our General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They focus on driving sales and revenue within the studio.
Responsibilities
- Meet studio sales goals, including memberships and ancillary services, through strategic outreach and member referrals.
- Build lasting relationships with prospects and current members to foster ambassadorship and retention.
- Lead generation, membership sales, and manage staff schedules.
- Supervise CBX teams, maintain studio cleanliness, and participate in community events and promotions.
- Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and convert non-membership users.
- Coach and train team on hospitality and sales tactics, working with the owner on team accountability.
- Set and work towards monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Drive referral business through ambassador programs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and train others.
- Experience managing memberships and retail revenue streams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Passion for fitness and health.
- Highly organized with proficiency in data management and meeting deadlines.
- Professional, reliable, and discreet with confidential information.
- Proficient with computers and studio software.
