Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coordinate sales efforts at a resort-style senior living community.

The role focuses on driving occupancy, managing a waiting list, and partnering with the Sales & Marketing team to execute regional and community-specific strategies. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least five years of sales management experience, and strong communication/public speaking skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the sales efforts of our resort-style community, while striving to maintain full occupancy and a strong waiting list. The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of five years' sales management experience
• Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills

Pay Range

$28.84 - $39.43 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
