Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute prospecting strategies with COO and GMs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and in-person visits.
• Spend ~75% of time in the field engaging with prospects.
• Collaborate with GMs on market strategies.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage CRM (Dynamics) and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in industry events and monitor market trends.
• Report on sales performance and forecasts.
