Findlay Auto Group in the Southwest is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support dealership staff and customers while helping grow our brand. You will lead sales efforts, train the team, manage relationships, and uphold our commitment to customers across our markets. This role offers growth potential and a rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.
• Manage, desk, and close deals.
• Build rapport with customers to expand the customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff.
• Oversee other aspects of the sales department.

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
