Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. You will work with staff and customers to grow relationships, oversee deal desks, and close sales while training and supporting the sales staff.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills, with a track record in fast-paced environments, plus a valid driver’s license and clean MVR. This on-site role offers growth within a dynamic dealership group.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Manage, desk, and close deals.
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
