P.J. Fitzpatrick, a leading home improvement company, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Charlotte-based sales team. You will mentor outside sales reps, implement growth strategies, analyze market trends, and cultivate strong customer relationships to drive revenue and profitability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, you will work Monday–Friday with additional availability by phone. The role offers a base salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Your Schedule:

Based in the Charlotte, NC office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays

Pay:

Base salary plus commissions!

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
• Must have industry experience
• Must reside in the Northern VA area
