The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, performance management, and team development. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, setting and monitoring targets, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of customer engagement. The Sales Manager collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to optimize team performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular sales reports, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are used effectively and consistently across the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective promotional strategies.
• Resolve escalated client issues with a customer-first approach, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

• Proven track record in sales leadership and exceeding performance goals.
• Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
