Position Overview

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasting, and budgeting

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
