The Sales Manager will drive the performance and growth of the sales organization, positioning the company as the Contractor of Choice for homeowners and the Employer of Choice for employees. You will collaborate with the leadership team to accomplish business objectives while fostering a culture of growth, homeowner satisfaction, excellence, professionalism, and fun. Your leadership will empower the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth through in-person roofing sales, reinforcing sales best practices and implementing the sales playbook.
  • Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Track and analyze key sales KPIs to identify areas of success and improvement. Conduct daily ride-alongs with roofing inspectors for coaching and motivation.
  • Team Development & Culture: Set sales goals aligned with business growth, motivate and train roofing inspectors to reach their full potential, and foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Sales Strategy & Process Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights to manage change, optimize sales strategies, and enhance adoption of best practices within the sales organization.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring, training, and onboarding of new sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination: Work alongside other department managers on projects involving solar, storm damage, and other trades.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Serve as the face the company, developing relationships with key clients and identifying emerging markets to drive new sales opportunities.
  • Performance Management & Sales Operations: Direct sales operations, set quotas, and oversee sales campaigns, promotions, and trade shows when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a consultative, B2C, one-call-close sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data and KPIs to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and coach sales representatives.
  • Experience working with CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activity, and forecast revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize resources, and drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the home services industry.
  • Successful track record of training and developing sales teams.
  • Experience managing sales across multiple locations or territories.
  • Uncapped Commission Potential: Expected first-year earnings of up to $225,000

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

  • Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down a minimum of two flights of stairs.
