Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations: Warehouse ops, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, and day-to-day management.

• Understand business performance: Exposure to financials, project coordination, account management, and operational decisions.
• Build technical industry knowledge: Electrical distribution, industrial automation, robotics, AI and Industry 4.0.
• Work alongside leaders: Training sessions, product seminars, and customer visits; travel may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Learn branch operations: Gain practical experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, and day‑to‑day business management.
• Develop B2B sales skills: Learn how to build customer relationships, understand technical product needs, identify business opportunities, and support commercial and industrial accounts.
• Understand business performance: Gain exposure to financials, project coordination, account management, and the operational decisions that drive branch performance.
• Build technical industry knowledge: Develop an understanding of electrical distribution, industrial automation, robotics, and emerging technologies, including AI and Industry 4.0.
• Work alongside experienced leaders: Learn directly from established industry professionals and participate in training sessions, product seminars, and customer visits. Travel may be required for training and business needs.
