Enterprise Mobility in Redlands, CA is hiring immediately for our Sales Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, and operations at a neighborhood branch.

You will receive mentoring, structured training, and the chance to become a licensed manager responsible for driving customer satisfaction and branch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Join a structured Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
