Qualifications

• Must reside in the lower Bucks County area within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Sales Management Training program starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn the business basics day one and support customer-facing and operations activities.
• Develop leadership and sales skills to eventually run a branch.
• Build community relationships and represent Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on coaching throughout the program.

This Sales Management Trainee opportunity supports our Lower Bucks and Northeast Philadelphia market, including opportunities throughout Bensalem, Langhorne, Newtown, Fairless Hills, Feasterville, Trevose, and surrounding communities. Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
