Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Sales Management Training Program. Based out of one of our Mercer County branches (Princeton, Lawrenceville, Trenton or Bordentown), MTs will learn the business from day one and aim to eventually run their own Enterprise branch.

You'll receive guidance and mentorship, training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and the chance to grow your career within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside in Mercer County within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• In the program, develop knowledge to run your own branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring, building relationships in the community to grow your business.
