Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship in Omaha, NE. As a senior or soon-to-be graduate, you will gain hands-on experience managing a fleet, serving customers, and developing leadership and marketing skills within a team-based environment.

You will complete intern projects, participate in friendly competition, and may earn performance incentives. The program runs 10–11 weeks, starts January 5, 2027, and requires 25 hours per week with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment with the availability to start January 5, 2027.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week.

From day one as a paid, part-time intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role is located at our Omaha, NE office (68007, 68010, 68022, 68028, 68069, 68101, 68102, 68103, 68107).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
