Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship at our Omaha, NE office. This part-time program is designed for university students who want real-world leadership experience and a chance to run activities that mirror full-time professionals.

You’ll be immersed from day one, tackling projects, learning fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy, with peers supporting your growth. Start January 2027 for 10–11 weeks.

Qualifications

• Senior or graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start during January 5th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week.

Overview

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid, part-time intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at our Omaha, NE office (68007, 68010, 68022, 68028, 68069, 68101, 68102, 68103, 68107).
