Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites applications for its Management Internship, a full-time summer program designed to build business and leadership skills. As a paid intern, you will work on real projects, manage a fleet, serve customers, and participate in marketing and relationship building with teammates.

Candidates must be 18+, enrolled in a bachelor's program with graduation in 2027 or 2028, and have relevant experience or leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program.
• Must be a current junior graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the following areas: Sales, Customer service, athletics, leadership roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license with limited moving violations.
• No drug or alcohol violations on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be available to work a Full-Time 40 hour schedule during the Summer Internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This is a Full-Time Summer Internship (40 hours/week) beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. The pay for this position is $18 / hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

  • Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).


• No drug or alcohol related violations on driving record in the past 3 years.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future


• Must be available to work a Full-Time 40 hour schedule during the Summer Internship.
