Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for business growth.

We’ll teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for this position in the last 12 months.
