Retail Management Trainees (RMT) are cross-trained to perform routine service functions in our shop and provide exceptional service to our customers in our showroom.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and minor maintenance following established procedures.
• Answer phones and onboard customers.
• Estimate service requests and promote all products and services to retail customers, maintaining positive relations.
• Additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driver history, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, stand, lift up to 50 lbs., often repetitively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
