Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Stillwater, OK. As an MT, you’ll begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

The program builds skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with mentorship, training, and a clear path to branch management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug/alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Gain knowledge to eventually run your own branch, develop teams and cultivate new business.
• Receive guided mentoring and support and build relationships in the community.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
