We are looking for a coachable and motivated Sales Management Trainee who will learn to lead and supervise daily operations for our company. Your main responsibilities include setting a company’s goals and objectives, developing and implementing business plans and strategies, and identifying new opportunities for business growth and improvement. You will ensure that all activities comply with legal guidelines and policies and assess overall company performance.


Furthermore, you will learn to design work schedules, delegate tasks to your employees, evaluate their performance, assist in recruiting new employees, and conduct training programs. A successful Business Manager is someone who is able to build and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients, as well as someone who has great communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Being creative and innovative is considered an advantage when applying for this position.


Sales Management Trainee Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Set business goals and objectives
  2. Observe the development, design, and implementation of business strategies
  3. Organize and supervise daily operations to ensure productivity
  4. Identify and implement new opportunities for business growth, development, and improvement
  5. Assist in interviewing and recruiting new employees
  6. Supervise and evaluate the employees’ performance and provide feedback
  7. Conduct training programs for new employees
  8. Ensure that the company possesses all the necessary resources (materials, equipment, personnel)
  9. Work toward improved efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the company
  10. Support and assist customer-oriented operations (marketing, sales, public relations)
  11. Develop and share business ideas across departments

Sales Management Trainee Requirements:
  1. Associate's/Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field preferred but not required
  2. Prior experience in management, marketing, sales, retail, or hospitality
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  4. Problem-solving and critical thinking
  5. Motivation and determination
