Location: This position is located within one of our branches surrounding South Orlando, FL 32837.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our Management Training program, learning the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to grow your business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, military, athletics, or community organizations.
• Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Interest in working in a sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No recent DWI/DUI or drug/alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
