Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, critical for growing our business and your success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 6 months of experience or involvement in sales & customer service, leadership, military, athletics, or community organizations.
  • Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week.
  • High interest in working in a sales environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DUI or recent drug/alcohol-related offenses.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
