Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring now for the Management Training Program at our Mount Vernon, IL rental branch. You’ll start as a MT, learning the business from day one and serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program offers hands-on guidance in sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and building a team. A strong customer-service orientation and drive to develop within a nationwide mobility leader are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training Program and learn the business from day one.
• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners as the front-line face.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run a branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance in sales, service, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
