Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training program in McDonough, GA. MTs will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and work toward running a future Enterprise branch.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a culture focused on helping customers first and promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations or at-fault accidents.
• No alcohol/drug related conviction in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Not previously interviewed with Enterprise for the MT position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
