Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. You will start in one of our neighborhood branches, learn the business from day one, and work to become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll receive mentoring and a clear path to eventually run your own branch, with emphasis on customer service, sales, and operations. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 12+ months in related fields and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Average 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Progress through a structured Management Training program to run a future branch.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be available to work an average of 45 hours per week
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
