Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on learning to master sales, service, and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch, growing the business and developing a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Not interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners in a hands‑on management training program.
• Learn operations and customer service to eventually run a neighborhood branch.
• Develop a team, cultivate new business and manage daily branch activities.
• Learn sales, marketing, finance and operations with a culture focused on customer satisfaction and internal promotion.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind the scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
