Base pay range

$52,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree recommended but not required
• Interest in the field of Business
• High-volume customer service and sales experience is a plus
• Eagerness to undergo comprehensive training

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will:

• Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all clients
• Act as a manager in the absence of senior leadership
• Conduct group training sessions
• Handle other duties as assigned
• Great work ethic

Job Tasks & Duties:

• $19-$23 hourly pay, paid weekly (OTE $52k-$62k)
