Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise and an operational expert. You will develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually managing your own branch, cultivating new business, and leading a team. The program offers mentorship, community engagement, and a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience or involvement in sales or related fields within the last 5 years, or in military, athletics, or academic organizations if no sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; no recent DWI/DUI convictions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
