Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Blue Ridge, GA. You will start at a neighborhood branch, learning every facet of the business from day one and preparing to lead your own location.

The program emphasizes customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and community engagement to build your leadership skills. 45-hour weeks and internal promotion from within are core themes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As an MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
