Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for our Management Training Program in Buford, GA. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and study operations to eventually manage a branch.

The program emphasizes training, mentoring, and promotion from within. A bachelor's degree is required, along with 12 months of sales or customer service experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with up to 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Average of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Start as a Management Trainee at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn the business from day one while serving customers and partners.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run a branch and grow the team.
• Exhibit customer service, sales, finance, and operations fundamentals.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree
