• Qualifying prospects within the area and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Quickly moving prospects throughout the sales process by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Recruiting and hiringfor your salesteam.
• Completing training for all new hires and continuoustraining for yoursales team.
• Providingcoaching and accountability to the team as necessary.
• Engagingin one-on-one reviews with team members to maximize performance.
• Strategizingnew training methods to be implemented within the agency.
• Collectingand interpretingdata to determine the effectiveness of training techniques.

Qualifications for this position:

• 18 years or older
• Background Check
• Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
• Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License,or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required;customer service or benefitsexperience is a plus
• Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences)
