Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Cullman, AL is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll rotate through sales, customer service, and operations while learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.

You’ll be mentored, trained, and evaluated for future branch leadership, with a clear path for promotion within Enterprise Mobility’s internal career ladder, and you’ll gain hands-on experience across key functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, leadership roles, or related areas.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; no major violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one as a Management Training participant at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners in daily operations.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations over the program.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualifiedfrom consideration.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
