Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth.

We’ll teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, critical for business growth and your success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on MVR in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
