Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Anderson area. You will learn our business from day one and work at a neighborhood branch while being mentored to lead a future Enterprise location.

The program offers training across sales, customer service, and operations, with a clear career path, internal promotion culture, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $52,000 with an average 47 hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hand-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
