Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Columbia market. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and gaining hands-on operations experience.

You''ll receive mentoring, sales, finance, and operations training, with a path to run your own branch and advance within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Start in the Management Training program and rotate through neighborhood branches.
• Learn our business from day one while serving customers and partners.
• Master the knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

This Management Trainee opportunity is located at our Columbia market and supports business throughout Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia, Cayce, Irmo, Forest Acres, Blythewood, Lugoff, Northeast Columbia, Newberry, Richland County, Lexington County, Kershaw County, and surrounding Midlands communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the Spartanburg area, with consideration given to the candidate's residence and proximity to available locations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
