Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Everett, WA, designed for university students to build leadership and business skills. You'll work 40 hours per week in a full-time, 12-week program with two start dates.

You'll tackle real-world projects, gain exposure to fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies, and compete for performance-based incentives and referral rewards while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Commit to 40 hours/week for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027
• Must attend college/university in Washington state
• Valid driver's license with <=2 moving violations/accidents in 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities
