Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Spring Management Internship designed to jump-start your business and leadership skills. The paid internship starts at $16/hour and is located in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton territory, with the flagship office at 400 Kidder St, Wilkes-Barre, PA.

You will learn what it takes to run a successful business and gain real-world, first-year professional experience. Interns participate in a fast-paced, team-based environment and will work 25+ hours per week for 10–12 weeks,

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's degree no later than May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
• Must commit to a 10–12 week program at 25+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Management Internship program by learning fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and peer competition.
